Scott Rewick (President & CEO)
As President and CEO of AdEx Media, Scott manages the executive team and oversees the execution of AdEx Media's vision and direction. Scott is a veteran in the online advertising and direct marketing industry. Beginning in 1999, Scott helped co-found MetaReward (sold to Experian), one of the first affiliate networks. He went on to co-found Connexus (formerly Netblue) and Next Internet, both leading online direct marketing companies in the space. Most recently, Scott held the position of President and CEO of LSF Publishing.

 

Brian Carrozzi (COO)
Brian is responsible for managing the business operations of AdEx Media. He brings with him over 8 years of experience in direct marketing, online advertising, and product development. Previously, Brian co-founded WeWin, Inc., an online loyalty reward video entertainment company. Under Brian's leadership, WeWin was successfully acquired in 2008 by Zipidee, Inc. Prior to WeWin, Brian founded ROI Media, LLC, an online lead generation company. He directly oversaw product management and development for ROI Media's lead generation and email marketing products. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from U. C. Davis.

 

Ben Zadik (CFO)
Ben is responsible for leading AdEx Media's finance organization which includes overseeing corporate acquisitions, financial strategy, treasury, tax planning, accounting and reporting, internal audit and investor relations. Previously, Ben was Chief Financial Officer at Red Mile Entertainment, a publicly traded developer and publisher of interactive entertainment software based in Sausalito, California, with similar responsibilities. Prior to that, Ben was the International Controller for AMB Property Corporation, a publicly traded REIT based in San Francisco, California where he oversaw the accounting, finance, and financial reporting. Ben began his career in the Assurance practice with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Canada. Ben is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Accountant (Canada) and holds a Bachelor Of Commerce degree with distinction from the University of Calgary, Canada.

 

Kevin Dufficy (Vice President Strategic Planning)
Kevin Dufficy has over 20 years of experience building and managing start-up companies. After starting his career in Venture Capital in Bangkok, Thailand, Kevin moved to Paris, France in 1991 where he started Norwest Industries, an industrial chemical manufacturing company which was successfully acquired in 1999 by GEF Chimie. After moving back to the U.S., Kevin founded Local Lead, an early adopter of local search marketing for small businesses. In 2004 Local Lead morphed into Bay Harbor Marketing, a lead generation company focused on the financial services sector. Under Kevin's leadership, Bay Harbor developed a sophisticated technology platform managing all aspects of the lead generation process and was acquired by Adex Media, Inc. in August 2008. Kevin holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a Masters in International Business / Finance from HEC, the leading French business school.

 

Dennis Hom (Vice President, Search Marketing)
Dennis currently leads the Search marketing division at AdEx Media. Previously, Dennis held the position of COO at Pieces Media, a company he helped co-found in fall 2005 and was acquired by AdEx in early 2008. Dennis started in the online space with his own web design company when he was in high school. He holds a BS in Business Management from the University at Buffalo.

 

James Kim (Vice President, Promotions)
James is responsible for managing the promotions and sweepstakes division of AdEx Media. He was co-founder and CEO of PiecesMedia, an online marketing company, until it was acquired by AdEx in early 2008. James has worked in online marketing since 2002. James holds a BS in Business and Marketing from Boston University.

 

Anthony Wu (Vice President, Affiliate Network)
Anthony is responsible for managing the affiliate network of AdEx Media. With 8 years in direct marketing, web application development, and ecommerce operations, he brings both technical and business savvy to the AdEx team. Previously, Anthony lead the campaign production team at Connexus and later founded VibrantAds, LLC., an online ad network focus on performance based solutions. VibrantAds was acquired by AdEx Media in 2008. Anthony holds a Bachelor degree in both Management Science and Computer Science from University of California, San Diego.

 

Dennis Hefter (Director, Digital Instructor)
Dennis has a diverse background ranging from high tech to on-line marketing. Since the age of 26, Dennis has been conceptualizing, funding and building companies and shareholder value. In 1988 Dennis started and operated Micro System Group, Inc., a systems integrator, which was acquired by AmeriData Technologies, Inc. in 1995. Dennis then started a VC-backed software firm called Outlaw Technologies, which offered advanced call center software to health plans. Outlaw was acquired by Quovadx, Inc., a publicly traded firm in Denver, Colorado in 2002. He then designed and patented a new helmet technology, which was acquired by Reebok, Inc. (RBK) and is now marketed world-wide under the CCM hockey brand. Dennis entered the ecommerce world in 2005 forming Digital Instructor LLC. Digital Instructor offers educational and instructional CD-based courses direct to consumers in the areas of computer learning, early learning and debt settlement. AdEx Media, Inc. acquired Digital Instructor LLC in August, 2008. Dennis continues to manage this unit of AdEx Media, Inc.
